Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment and print approval. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time within Europe: 24–72 hours.

  • Estimated delivery time within US: 24–72  hours.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Transfer Kingdom is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Transfer Kingdom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Refunds or reprints are only issued once the courier confirms the package cannot be delivered.

ustoms, Import Duties & EORI Notice (for EU Customers)

Orders shipped from Serbia to the European Union are subject to customs clearance upon arrival.
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply.

For business customers (companies / VAT holders):
Your local customs authority may require a valid EORI number to complete the import procedure.

For private individuals (non-business customers):
In most cases, no EORI number is required, but local customs may contact you for additional verification before delivery.

Foilify has no benefit or profit from any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon delivery.
All such fees and procedures are regulated by the laws and policies of the buyer’s country or government.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

 

🇺🇸 For U.S. customers:

  • Orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. import regulations.
    Depending on order value, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may assess import duties or taxes at delivery.

  • Foilify has no control or financial benefit from these charges — they are set and collected by the U.S. government in accordance with federal import policy.

Foilify is not responsible for any import-related costs or customs delays.
All customs procedures and fees are regulated by the destination country’s laws and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
