 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers within the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. Items that have been cut, partially used, or had their packaging or labels removed will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at foilifyprint@gmail.com. Returns must first be approved by our team. Once accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products. We also do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
